The Department of Labor offers businesses a resource kit that includes two publications describing different approaches which employers are using to address the work and family needs of their employees:

+ Meeting the Needs of Today's Workforce -- Child Care Best Practices

To obtain the kit, you may contact (800) 379-9042 or any Department of Labor office. Information on child care can be obtained through the DOL's Women's Bureau Internet site.
