Job Posting/Applicant Search
Listing a job opening in Delaware's Career Network is an easy way to get broad exposure to applicants for vacancies within your company. This service is provided at no cost to you or the job seeker!

To place a job order, employers may call or fax requests to the nearest Department of Labor's One Stop Office, and the staff will list the employer's requirements on the division's job matching system. The orders will also be displayed on the Virtual Career Network, the Division's internet job bank. Through state-of-the-art technology, DET personnel immediately identify qualified applicants based on their skills and work history. Job seekers whose qualifications most closely match the employer's needs will be referred to your company for an interview.

The "Virtual Career Network" (VCNet)
Through a partnership between VCNet and America's Talent Bank, the Employer Services allow an employer to register, post and update job listings; search through a talent bank of electronic resumes; research career information; and review training opportunities.
