(DOVER, DEL.) John D. Wik, Director of the Delaware Economic Development Office (DEDO), announced today that Wilmington-based marketing and communications agency Reese, Tomases & Ellick, Inc. (RT&E) has been selected to launch a new marketing campaign for the state. Wik stated, "We are pleased to be working with RT&E.
