Governor Minner Releases Statement in Response to News that Bank of America Will Keep Charter in Delaware

"Delaware's leadership status in economic development and business competitiveness was affirmed again today with Bank of America's decision to locate their charter in our great state," Gov. Ruth Ann Minner said. "I would like to personally thank the leadership of Bank of America for their confidence and commitment to Delaware. I would also like to thank the many Delawareans who have helped position our state for this major economic development initiative-the members of the General Assembly, our partners in the business and legal communities, and my dedicated staff and economic development team. Without this true partnership, which is unique to Delaware, we would not benefit from this decision today."
